The EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAM is a holistic approach to training, focusing on functional training, nutrition and lifestyle management delivered in an ONLINE format. It offers a progressive approach to training that will see you build a strong and functional physique and improve across all areas of your physical and mental fitness.


Programme highlights

  • Initial consultation including a physical assessment, nutritional and lifestyle evaluation

  • Blood work and sleep analysis and tracking.

  • 3-6 workouts per week depending on progress/ability/time available, lasting 45-60 minutes.

  • Habit tracking and daily tasks to provide the foundations of success

  • Programme's work to 4 week blocks before changing

  • Training delivered via a detailed training app.

  • Log your weights/progress each session

  • Demo videos plus additional coaching tips

  • Weekly Feedback Forms to check progress

  • In app messenger service and WhatsApp messaging

  • Monthly/fortnightly Zoom call check in
